Objectives

Unidos Por Los Niños Foundation is a U.S. based non-profit foundation. 100% of its donations go to help the children in orpanages throughout Reynosa.

Mission

The Foundation's mission it to help the children living in the orphanages of Reynosa by improving their quality of life. This is accomplished through contracting the needed repairs and improvements to their facilities and purchasing their day to day necessities.

Vision

The Foundation's vision is to continue helping to the children in the orphanages of Reynosa through provinding their basic neccessities and improving and expanding upon the programs and services that are currently provided.

History

In 2000, Mrs. Graciela de Gomez, the founder of the San Francisco home, invited us to visit. This provided us with an opportunity to see the wonderful children that lived there and get a first hand look at the basic necessities of these children and their facilities. This experience made a strong impression on us. We were overwhelmed by the people that assisted in providing these children with a safe and nurturing place to live and felt compelled to help.

All the orphanages in Reynosa are totally founded and supported by private foundations. We were witnesses to the basic necessities these children required and how difficult it was for the home to fulfill these neccessities with their available resources.

After seeing these children we had the idea to collect the resources available from our businesses, suppliers, clients, friends and family to help not just the San Fransisco home, but all of the orphanages throughout Reynosa.

It was at this time that the Unidos Por Los Niños Foundation was formed.
